目的探讨公路噪声对收费站作业人员血压和静息心率的影响。方法按照《作业场所生产性噪声检测规范》检测湖北省9个公路收费站噪声强度和等效连续A声级,对高、中、低噪声暴露组共128例收费站作业人员和非噪声暴露组61例,进行血压和静息心率的测量和分析。结果中、高噪声暴露组,血压和静息心率明显高于非暴露组,并随着噪声强度的增加,血压和静息心率均值和异常检出率也随之增加,中、高暴露组与非暴露组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公路噪声对收费站作业人员血压和静息心率有一定的影响,应加强防护。
Objective To explore the influence of highway noise on the blood pressure and resting heart rate of toll station workers. Methods The noise intensity and equivalent continuous A sound level of nine toll stations in Hubei Province were detected according to the “Code of Practice for Detection of Workplace Noise”. A total of 128 toll station workers and non-noise exposure group 61 cases, blood pressure and resting heart rate measurement and analysis. Results In the high-noise exposure group, the blood pressure and resting heart rate were significantly higher than those in the non-exposed group. Mean and abnormal detection rates of blood pressure and resting heart rate also increased with the increase of noise intensity. Compared with non-exposed group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The highway noise has a certain impact on the blood pressure and resting heart rate of toll station workers, and the protection should be strengthened.
