The safety of steroid hormone oral contraceptives is a common concern. At home and abroad on the steroid hormonal contraceptives in the body metabolism and hemagglutination, neuroendocrine and effector organs and other aspects of a wide range of studies. Although the study of cytogenetics is not yet universal and in-depth, it has drawn universal attention. In particular, the role of drugs on chromosome mutagenesis and its impact on offspring is an important issue in family planning research. Long-acting oral contraceptives “compound alkyne estrogen” contraceptive effect of 98%. In recent years to change its compatibility and reduce the dose, a “reduction compound ethinyl estradiol.” Its composition is ethinylestradiol 2mg, chlormadinone 6mg and 18 methyl norgestrel 6mg, each serving a, contraception in January. The purpose of this paper is to observe the cytogenetic effect of “subtractive compound ethynylestradiol” and to explore the safety of the drug.
