上海皮鞋厂是1949年底,由部分失业的制鞋工人在组织生产自救的基础上逐步发展起来的。1958年由集体所有制的手工业生产合作社过渡为全民所有制的国营工厂。现有职工1,445人,产品以皮鞋为主,兼营手套,近两年来又发展了运动鞋,是一个多品种的企业。自1979年扩大企业自主权起,我厂逐步推行以面向市场、优质高产、适销对路、降低成本、提高经济效益为目标的经营方针,取得了比较明显的经济效益。三年实现利润总和相当于现有全厂固定资产原值的6倍。在三年较大幅度递增的基础上,1982年产值、皮鞋产量和利涸都有较大增长。下面谈一下我厂改善经营管理,提高经济效益的路子:
The Shanghai Leather Shoes Factory was gradually developed at the end of 1949 on the basis of the production of self-rescue organizations by some unemployed shoe-making workers. In 1958, a collective-owned handicraft production cooperative transformed into a state-owned factory owned by the whole people. The existing staff of 1,445 people, the main products of leather shoes,兼营gloves, in the past two years and the development of sports shoes, is a multi-species business. Since the expansion of enterprise autonomy in 1979, our factory has gradually implemented the business policy of “market-oriented, high-quality, high-yield, marketable, cost-reduced, and economically-effective” and achieved relatively significant economic benefits. The total profit realized in three years is equivalent to 6 times the original value of the existing plant-wide fixed assets. On the basis of a significant increase over the past three years, the output value of 1982, the output of leather shoes, and profits have all increased significantly.
