甘薯贮藏的环境要求较高的湿度,严格的温度。整个贮藏期间窖温应控制在10~15℃,最适合的温度在12~13℃之间;高于15℃易生芽,低于10℃易受冷害引起腐烂。湿度过低易使薯块干缩糠心,湿度过高则易导致病菌的繁殖蔓延而引起病变腐烂。甘薯贮藏的最适宜湿度为90%~95%。当窖内相对湿度低于80%时,引起甘薯失水萎蔫,食用品质下降;相对湿度大于95%时,呼吸虽然降低,但微生物活动旺盛,易受病害。具体管理工作一般分三个时期。一、前期管理。入窖初期以降温散热为主。刚收获的鲜薯入窖20天内呼
