弯曲应力集中系数是由轴强度计算(校核)中的一个重要参数,它与曲轴的结构、尺寸、材料、工艺及负荷人小等因素有关,现行的应力集中系数计算公式仪反映出曲轴结构,尺寸因素的影响,其计算值与实测值相比,误差较大,给曲轴强度计算的精确性带来影响。本文通过两组球墨铸铁曲轴的台架试验,测得曲轴实际应力集中系数,并推导出名义应力与应力集中系数的关系式,从而可根据名义应力大小来估算应力集中系数和圆角最大应力,使球铁曲轴动态应力检测和校核更为简便。
