采用三维CAD软件Pro/E建立ZL50装载机前车架三维实体模型,运用其两个软件之间的数据接口,在有限元软件ANSYS中对前车架三种典型工况中最恶劣的工况进行有限元分析;利用有限元分析的量化结果,有针对性的快速找出ZL50前车架结构强度存在的问题,并对其进行改进设计,以彻底解决前车架的断裂问题。
The three-dimensional CAD software Pro / E is used to build the 3D solid model of ZL50 loader’s front frame, and the data interface between the two softwares is used to analyze the worst case of the three typical working conditions of the front frame in the ANSYS finite element software Finite element analysis (FEA) is carried out. With the quantification results of finite element analysis, the problems existing in the strength of ZL50 front frame are pointed out quickly and the improvement is designed to completely solve the fracture problem of the front frame.
