福建省政府日前召开全省城镇职工基本医疗保险制度改革工作会议,决定在全省范围内实施社会医疗保险,并出台了具体实施方案。 福建省以“低水平、广覆盖”作为医疗保险制度改革的基本原则,即从“低水平”起步,确定最基本的医疗保险水平,同时要求城镇所有用人单位都要参加基本医疗保险,体现社会保险所遵循的大数法则,发挥社会保障互助共济作用。 The Fujian Provincial Government held a meeting on the reform of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers in the province, and decided to implement social medical insurance throughout the province and issued specific implementation plans.
