目的了解常州市城市水厂水源水与出厂水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染情况,为公共卫生管理提供依据。方法 2012年6月—2013年5月连续每月采集3家水厂水源水和出厂水各1份,采用国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》检测方法对水样进行隐孢子虫卵囊与贾第鞭毛虫包囊检测。结果常州市3家水厂共监测出厂水36份,水样合格率100%(36/36)。出厂水常规理化指标中p H值、浑浊度、色度、铁、锰和硝酸盐氮与水源水相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过完全处理后,出厂水微生物指标显著低于水源水。连续12个月监测,城市饮用水源水、出厂水均未检出贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫。结论常州市城市饮用水未受到贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Giardia and Cryptosporidium in urban waterworks in Changzhou City and provide the basis for public health management. Methods From June 2012 to May 2013, 3 water samples and 1 water sample were collected every month in a row. The water samples were tested for Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia Flagellate cysts detection. Results Three factories in Changzhou monitored a total of 36 factory water samples with a pass rate of 100% (36/36). The values of p H, turbidity, chroma, iron, manganese and nitrate nitrogen in water were all statistically significant (P <0.05). After complete treatment, the indicator of factory water microbial significantly lower than the source water. Continuous 12-month monitoring, urban drinking water source, factory water were not detected with Giardia and Cryptosporidium. Conclusion Changzhou urban drinking water is not contaminated by Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
