[目的]筛选出解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6与井冈霉素A防治油茶炭疽病的最佳配比。[方法]运用Horsfall法、孙云沛方法、林间防治试验测定解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A对油茶炭疽病的增效作用。[结果]Horsfall法显示,解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A在2颐8~8颐2(体积比)的范围内都有增效作用,1颐1时增效比最大,增效值C为1.50;孙云沛方法也显示解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6与井冈霉素A 1颐1时增效系数CTC值达148.43,增效显著;以该比例为基础加工的30 g/L JDF-6·井冈霉素A水剂,当施药剂量高于675 g a.i./hm2时,对油茶炭疽病的防效为75%以上。[结论]解淀粉芽胞杆菌JDF-6和井冈霉素A混配比例为1颐1时是防治油茶炭疽病的良好配方。
[Objective] The best proportion of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and Jinggangmycin A in controlling Camellia oleifera was screened out. [Method] The synergistic effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and Jinggangmycin A on the anthracnose of Camellia oleifera were determined by Horsfall method, Sun Yunpei method and forest control experiment. [Result] The results of Horsfall method showed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and validamycin A all had synergism in the range of 2: 8-8: 2 (volume ratio), and the synergistic ratio was the highest at 1: 1 The effective value C was 1.50; Sun Yunpei method also showed that the synergistic coefficient CTC of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and Jinggangmycin A 1 was 148.43, with significant synergism; the 30 g / L JDF -6 · Jinggangmycin A agent, when the application dose is higher than 675 g ai / hm2, the control effect of anthracnose on tea is more than 75%. [Conclusion] The combination formula of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF-6 and Jinggangmycin A was 1 Yi 1, which was a good formula to control anthracnose of Camellia oleifera.
