1989年5月9～16日将在上海举办的第一届中国国际机床展览会(CIMT’89)的招展工作已取得喜人的进展。到目前为止,已订出展台净面积7000m~2,其中有1500m~2为中国参展单位所订。为满足大量参展者的要求,在上海展览中心内专门扩建了面积为3000m~2的临时展馆。至今仍有不少外国厂商申请参加。应日本许多厂商的要求,组织单位决定把预定展览面积的截止日期延长到1988年12月底。可以预料,本届
On the occasion of the first China International Machine Tool Fair (CIMT’89), which will be held in Shanghai from May 9th to 16th, 1989, encouraging progress has been made.
