针对烧结铁矿粉评价体系存在的不足,提出了一种新的基于主成分分析的铁矿粉烧结性能评价方法。该方法综合考虑了化学成分、粒度、表面特性、同化性、液相流动性等性能指标,采用主成分分析方法,提取了铁矿粉烧结特性指标。新的综合特性指标不仅减少了评价指标的数量,且指标之间相互独立,避免了重叠。在新综合特性指标的基础上,进一步建立了烧结铁矿粉性能综合评价体系。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the evaluation system of sintered iron ore, a new method for evaluating the sintering performance of iron ore based on principal component analysis was proposed. The method comprehensively considers the chemical composition, particle size, surface properties, assimilation, liquidity and other performance indicators, using the principal component analysis method, the extraction of iron ore sintering characteristics of indicators. The new comprehensive index not only reduces the number of evaluation indicators, and indicators are independent of each other, avoiding overlap. Based on the new comprehensive index, a comprehensive evaluation system of sintered iron ore powder is further established.
