本文介紹了通过改进钻头几何参数和制造工艺的办法来提高直徑1~10毫米钻头的使用寿命、生产效率和加工精度的经驗。文中提出了六个主要改进方面,对横刃部分前角的各种計算公式作了分析和比較,提出了更精確的计算公式。文章介紹了具有合理几何参数的钻头的加工效果,并指出应首先在直徑2~10毫米的P_9和P_(18)高速钢钻头上采用所推荐的合理几何参数。
This article describes the experience of improving the service life, productivity, and machining accuracy of drill bits 1 to 10 mm in diameter by improving drill geometries and manufacturing processes. In this paper, six major improvements are proposed. Various formulas for calculating the rake angle of the chisel edge are analyzed and compared, and a more accurate calculation formula is proposed. This paper introduces the machining performance of drill bits with reasonable geometric parameters and points out that the recommended rational geometrical parameters should be firstly applied to P9 and P18 high speed steel drill bits with diameters of 2 to 10 mm.
