目的:探究积极应用保健教育对更年期妇女身体状态的改善程度。方法;我们将我所婚检科于2012年6月-2013年6月收治的257例更年期妇女作为研究对象,对比观察不同治疗方法更年期妇女的生存质量、抑郁自评量表分数、焦虑自评量表分数,以此来探究积极应用保健教育对更年期妇女身体状态的改善程度。结果:在治疗过程中应用更年期保健教育的实验组的生存质量评价明显高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组的抑郁自评量表得分、焦虑自评量表得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在更年期症状的缓解过程中,我们应该注意不能滥用药物,更应注重对更年期妇女的心理调节与健康教育。本次实验,在治疗过程中应用更年期保健,很好的保证了更年期妇女的生存质量,减轻了更年期妇女的抑郁、焦虑程度值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective: To explore the positive application of health education on the physical condition of menopausal women to improve the degree. Methods: We compared 257 cases of menopause women who were admitted to our department of gynecology, from June 2012 to June 2013, and compared the quality of life, self-rating depression scale (SCI), self-rating anxiety Table scores in order to explore the positive application of health education on the physical condition of menopausal women to improve the degree. Results: The quality of life evaluation of the experimental group applying menopause education during the course of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion: During the relief of menopausal symptoms, we should pay attention to not abuse drugs, but should pay more attention to psychological adjustment and health education for menopausal women. This experiment, the application of menopause in the treatment of health care, good to ensure the quality of life of menopausal women, reducing depression in menopausal women, anxiety worth clinical reference and promotion.
