小组合作教学是新课改后实施的又一创新教学方式,并得到了广大师生的一致好评。合作学习是以小组为基本单元,师生、生生为基本组合形式,利用课堂关系的各种组合,让成员扮演一定的角色,承担一定的责任,以团体成绩为评价标准的一种新型学习活动。合作学习有利于创造和谐、团结的学习环境,有利于改善班级的学习氛围,能够促进同学之间的交流,从而共同进步、共同提高。
