此次出访总共访问了10家技术转移机构、4家高科技企业、3所著名院校和4个高科技园区,与67人次进行了会谈,交流了各自情况和有关技术信息;与2家机构签订了合作协议、同3家组织交换了可供转移的技术项目共27件次。通过此次考察,我们深刻体会到我国在技术转移领域与日本、韩国相比较,先进与差距共存。既有共同需要面对的问题,又存在相当的差异。同时也感受到在发展国内技术市场,尤其是上海的技术市场时,有必要借鉴和引进国外一些科学的理念,先进的技术信息及有效的方式方法,为上海、全国乃至整个亚太地区的经济、金融、科技的发展作出应有的贡献。
