改革开放30多年来,我国的交通运输事业有了重大的发展,高速公路的通车里程不断增加。近年来,国家大力要求转变经济发展方式,推进集约化发展模式。为此,合理控制成本已成为高速公路项目施工时要解决的重大课题。本文主要阐述高速公路施工的项目在成本管理中存在的问题,并就控制和管理成本提出合理化对策。 Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, China’s transportation and transport have made significant progress. The mileage of expressways is continuously increasing. In recent years, the state has vigorously demanded that the mode of economic development should be changed and the intensive development mode be promoted. For this reason, reasonable cost control has become a major issue to be solved in the construction of expressway projects. This article mainly elaborates the problems existing in the cost management of the expressway construction project and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures on the control and management costs.
