目的:筛选抗大肠杆菌O_(111)B_4内毒素中药。方法:分别对134种清热中药的70％醇提取物用细菌内毒素检查法作体外抗内毒素活性检测,对有抗内毒素作用的提取液分别作倍比稀释后重复实验,找出抗内毒素最低有效浓度。结果:134种中药中75种有不同程度的体外抗内毒素活性。结论:清热中药中有相当多数有不同程度的体外拮抗大肠杆菌O_(111)B_4内毒素作用。
Objective: To screen anti-E. coli O_(111)B_4 endotoxins. METHODS: The antibacterial activity of 70% alcohol extracts of 134 heat-care Chinese herbal medicines was tested by bacterial endotoxin test in vitro. The anti-endotoxin-removing extracts were repeatedly tested by double dilution and the anti-endotoxin activity was determined. The lowest effective concentration of the toxin. RESULTS: Seventy-five of the 134 Chinese herbs had different degrees of in vitro anti-endotoxin activity. Conclusion: A considerable number of heat-clearing Chinese herbs have different degrees of in vitro antagonistic effect on E. coli O_(111)B_4 endotoxin.
