现以新集二矿120603综采工作面为研究对象,在分析工作面开采位置以及地质条件的基础上,制定了矿压观测的内容与方法,进而对工作面支架工作阻力、巷道围岩变形进行实测分析,得到孤岛工作面矿压显现的规律,从而为类似条件孤岛工作面的高产、高效、安全开采提供了指导作用。研究结果表明,孤岛工作面超前支承压力增加明显,围岩变形量剧增,超前影响范围增加,其支护难度大大增加,在进行孤岛工作面沿空掘巷支护设计时必须大大增加支护强度。
Taking the 120603 fully mechanized mining face of Xinji No.2 mine as the research object, the content and method of the rock pressure observation are formulated based on the analysis of the mining location and geological conditions of the working face, and then the working resistance of the working face support, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway The results show that the law of underground pressure appears in the isolated island face, which can guide the high production, high efficiency and safe mining of the island face with similar conditions. The results show that the pressure of advance support of island working face increases obviously, the deformation of surrounding rock increases sharply, the influence range of leading edge increases, and the support difficulty increases greatly. Therefore, the support of gob-side entry driving along gob-side face must be greatly increased strength.
