目的与方法 :采用Ames试验、微核试验和染色体畸变试验 ,检测那格列奈是否具有致突变作用。结果 :那格列奈各剂量组对TA97、TA98、TA10 0、TA10 2菌株和CHL细胞在有无S9mix条件下均无致突变性 ;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞也无诱发微核作用。结论 :在本试验条件下 ,那格列奈无致突变作用。
Aims and Methods: Ames test, micronucleus test and chromosomal aberration test were used to detect whether nateglinide has mutagenic effect. Results: The nateglinide groups did not induce mutagenicity on TA97, TA98, TA10 0, TA10 2 and CHL cells in the presence or absence of S9mix, nor micronucleus on mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes. CONCLUSIONS: Nateglinide has no mutagenic effect under this test condition.
