作者报告1例表现为发作性手一口综合征,通过SPECT观察到大脑皮质感觉区血流量减少,脑血管造影发现烟雾现象的少见病例。 患者为63岁女性,患有高血压史。服用降压药及利尿剂已2周,于看电视中突然发生左手及左口唇麻木感,持续1～2分钟,因其后来连续5天每日均有多次发作而入院。检查:除肥胖及血压206/84mmHg外一般理学检查正常,神经系统主观感觉左口唇麻木但客观检查正常,左前臂桡侧至手掌有麻木感,检查为痛觉减退,深部感觉及复杂感觉正
