改革开放以来,我国一直致力于城市化建设,工民建筑工程建造数量也呈现出逐年攀升的趋势。根据建设部发布的资料显示:2011—2015年我国房屋建筑面积每年以15亿~20亿m2的速度增长。随着人们生活水平的提高,对住房建设安全问题也比较重视。尽管工民建筑行业发展迅速,但是工程质量问题也并没有彻底解决。为此,该文以“工民建施工质量”为论述核心,针对提高施工质量提出几点可行的意见或建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China has been committed to urbanization, and the number of construction workers and civilians has also shown a trend of rising year by year. According to the information released by the Ministry of Construction, China’s housing construction area will grow at a rate of 1.5 billion to 2 billion m2 annually from 2011 to 2015. With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to the safety of housing construction. Despite the rapid development of workers and civil construction industry, but the quality of the project did not completely solve. To this end, the paper is based on the core of “Workers’ Construction Quality”, and puts forward some feasible suggestions or suggestions for improving the construction quality.
