以乙醇热回流法作对照,研究超声和微波辅助处理对软枣猕猴桃茎中的三萜类化合物提取率和抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,微波和超声波辅助处理的提取时间分别比对照缩短96.8%和42.6%,提取率分别提高20.8%和48.6%。超声辅助处理清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的半抑制率(IC50)分别为0.137、0.340mg/mL,均优于乙醇热回流法和微波辅助处理。
The effects of ultrasound and microwave-assisted treatment on the extraction rate and antioxidant activity of triterpenoids in the jujube stems of Actinidia chinensis were studied by the ethanol reflux method. The results showed that the extraction time of microwave and ultrasonic assisted treatment were shortened by 96.8% and 42.6% respectively compared with the control, the extraction rate increased by 20.8% and 48.6% respectively. The half-inhibition rate (IC50) of DPPH radical scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging by ultrasound-assisted treatment were 0.137,0.340mg / mL, respectively, which were better than ethanol thermal reflow and microwave assisted treatment.
