目的探讨使用个人防护用品后可能的接触水平,为开展个体防护措施效果评价提供依据。方法对某机械加工企业开展职业卫生学调查和危害因素检测,依据相关规范和标准计算毒物和噪声超标场所工人预计暴露浓度(强度),分析和评价工人可能的接触水平。结果检测超标场所的工人如能正确使用合格有效的个人防护用品,其预计暴露浓度(强度)符合职业接触限值要求。结论个体防护措施评价是职业卫生评价的重要组成部分,要加强对工人实际接触水平的评价和分析工作。
Objective To explore the possible contact level after using personal protective equipment and to provide the basis for evaluating the effect of individual protective measures. Methods To carry out occupational hygiene investigation and hazardous factor test on a mechanical processing enterprise, calculate expected exposure concentration (intensity) of workers in places where the poison and noise exceed the standard according to the relevant norms and standards, and analyze and evaluate the possible exposure level of workers. As a result, workers exposed to excessive standards are expected to have exposure concentrations (intensities) that meet the occupational exposure limits if the correct and effective personal protective equipment is used. Conclusion The evaluation of individual protective measures is an important part of occupational health assessment. The evaluation and analysis of the actual level of workers’ exposure should be strengthened.
