基于液压支架及其关键配套件立柱、千斤顶安标检验现状,通过分析得出了大采高和高工作阻力已成为液压支架技术的发展趋势。介绍了液压支架及其关键配套件立柱、千斤顶失效形式主要集中体现在焊缝开裂、密封件损坏和母材变形甚至脆裂,分析了失效的主要危害和原因。结果表明,目前液压支架产品的实际质量、技术状况仍不稳定,由其引发的煤矿安全事故时有发生,安全性能需要进一步提高。
Based on the status quo of column and jacking aids for hydraulic support and its key components, the analysis shows that the large mining height and high working resistance have become the development trend of hydraulic support technology. The hydraulic support and its key supporting columns are introduced. The failure modes of the jacks are mainly reflected in the cracking of welding seam, the damage of seal and the deformation of base metal and even the brittleness. The main hazards and causes of failure are analyzed. The results show that the actual quality and technical condition of hydraulic support products are still unstable. The accidents of coal mines caused by them have occurred from time to time, and the safety performance needs to be further improved.
