元代鲁国大长公主祥哥剌吉,地位显赫,且深受中原文化影响,具有较高的汉学修养。祥哥剌吉崇尚儒学,重视教育,且喜欢书画收藏,并因此结交了很多汉族和蒙古族文人学士。赵岩、孛术鲁翀、虞集、程钜夫、赵世延、吴澄、朱德润、王观、杜禧、陈庭实等著名的文人学士都与之交好。这些文人都曾在祥哥剌吉收藏书画上作过题跋,为我们研究这些大家的生平以及文学造诣提供了很好的资料。
