目的观察注射用黄芪冻干粉对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学和血液流变学的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,将大鼠随机分为模型组、注射用黄芪冻干粉大、中、小剂量组及阳性对照丹参组,静脉给药,观察、记录大鼠血流动力学参数。另将正常SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组与注射用黄芪冻干粉大、中、小剂量组,各组连续6 d静脉给药,于第7天时,除正常对照组外,其余各组均行冠脉结扎,取血,测血液流变学各参数。结果注射用黄芪冻干粉可明显回升心肌缺血大鼠的心率(HR)(P<0.05或P<0.01)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室最大收缩速率(+dp/dtmax),有效降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)心肌缺血大鼠左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室最大舒张速率(-dp/dtmax),使红细胞压积及全血黏度明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论注射用黄芪冻干粉可明显改善大鼠的心肌缺血指标,对缺血心肌产生有利的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of freeze-dried Astragalus membranaceus injection on hemodynamics and hemorheology in rats with myocardial ischemia. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery of SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into model group, large, medium and small dose of astragalus freeze-dried powder for injection, and Salvia miltiorrhiza group The hemodynamic parameters of rats were observed and recorded. Another normal SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and injection of Astragalus freeze-dried powder large, medium and small dose groups, each group continuous intravenous administration of 6 d, on the 7th day, in addition to the normal control group, the rest Coronary ligation in each group, blood, blood rheology parameters. Results The freeze-dried Astragalus membranaceus injection could significantly improve the heart rate (HR) (P <0.05 or P <0.01), LVSP, + dp / dtmax, (LVEDP) and -dp / dtmax of left ventricle in rats with myocardial ischemia decreased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01), the hematocrit and whole blood viscosity decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The injection of Astragalus freeze-dried powder can significantly improve myocardial ischemia in rats, has a beneficial protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
