“拒借”是图书流通业务工作中经常遇到的问题,它影响到读者的借阅需求,又直接关系到图书馆工作的服务质量。 所谓拒借是指图书馆由于种种原因未能满足读者的借阅要求,使读者借不到自己所需的图书。拒借数量占全部借阅数量的百分比称为拒借率。拒借率的高低在一定程度上反映了一个图书馆读者服务工作的质量。 一、拒借的原因 拒借的产生有主观原因,也有一定的客观原因。
