人发展的动力源于自身内在的生理需求,这种需求通过人的实践劳动,经过制度化路径,使人发展的本质力量对象化为社会的物质财富和精神财富。而人的发展的开放性又使已形成的制度发生变化,促进制度创新。人的发展与制度创新在互动中相互超越。一方面,人的发展内在地推动制度创新;另一方面,制度创新有效促进人的发展、提高与完善。因此,必须有效地培育人的发展与制度创新的良性互动。
The motivation of human development stems from its own internal physiological needs, which are transformed into the material wealth and spiritual wealth of the society through the practical work of human beings through institutional paths and the essential forces of human development. The openness of human development in turn changes the system that has been formed and promotes institutional innovation. Human development and institutional innovation mutually surpass each other. On the one hand, human development inherently promotes institutional innovation; on the other hand, institutional innovation effectively promotes human development, improvement and perfection. Therefore, we must effectively cultivate the benign interaction between human development and institutional innovation.
