基于分形几何的基本理论,采用结冰风洞实验与金相显微实验相结合的方法,对飞机结冰冰型的微结构特征进行了研究.采用计盒维数法对冰型微结构的分形维数进行了计算,获得了不同条件下前缘结冰及溢流结冰冰型的分形维数,并建立了冰型分形维数与结冰条件之间的关系.研究表明,来流温度和速度对冰型的微结构特征及其分形维数有着重要影响.来流速度越高或温度越低,冰型微结构分形维数越大,反之分形维数越小.在相同条件下,溢流结冰的微结构分形维数要低于前缘结冰.
Based on the basic theory of fractal geometry, the microstructural characteristics of icing ice-type aircraft were studied by the combination of icing wind tunnel experiment and metallographic microscopy experiment.The fractal dimension of ice microstructure was calculated by box-counting dimension method The fractal dimension of icing ice and overflow ice icing under different conditions were obtained and the relationship between ice fractal dimension and icing condition was established.The results show that the temperature and velocity The microstructure and the fractal dimension of ices have an important influence on the ice structure.The higher the flow rate or the lower the temperature, the larger the fractal dimension and the smaller the fractal dimension.In the same condition, The fractal dimension of the ice microstructure is lower than that of the icing front.
