对3炉Si、Mn含量不同但其它成分相近的试验钢,在同等热轧、冷轧、连退工艺下生产的成品进行组织、性能检测对比分析,并且引入合金元素Mneq变化对临界冷却速率即奥氏体淬透性的影响,结果表明,Mn含量是影响冷试验钢组织性能的主要因素,Mn含量为1.21%时,出现双相组织,马氏体比率为8%~10%,屈强比为0.63;Mn含量为1.79%时,马氏体比率为17%~20%,屈强比为0.58;随Mn含量提高,冷轧双相钢马氏体比率逐渐上升,抗拉强度急剧增加,屈强比降低,DP钢组织性能特征愈明显。
For the three test furnace steels with different contents of Si and Mn but different compositions, the finished products produced under the same conditions of hot rolling, cold rolling and reworking were compared and analyzed. The influence of Mneq on the critical cooling rate Austenite, the results show that the Mn content is the main factor affecting the microstructure and properties of the cold test steel. When the content of Mn is 1.21%, the dual phase structure appears, the martensite ratio is 8% -10% The ratio of martensite was 17% ~ 20% and the yield ratio was 0.58 with Mn content of 1.79%. With the increase of Mn content, the martensitic ratio of cold-rolled duplex steel increased gradually and the tensile strength increased sharply , Yield ratio decreased, the more obvious characteristics of DP steel microstructure.
