中国对外贸易在保持长期顺差的同时也存在多种发展障碍和问题.这些问题对中国对外贸易的可持续发展产生了不可避免的消极影响。在此形势下,中国应增强对东盟国家的贸易往来,实施在互利合作的基础上培植国际竞争优势的战略,通过加强经济技术合作,扩大贸易规模,提高贸易效益,进而推进中国产业结构和产品结构的调整,形成自己富于特色的国际竞争力。对此,笔者提出了相应的战略实施建议。 While maintaining long-term surplus, China’s foreign trade has various obstacles and problems in development, which have inevitably negative impacts on the sustainable development of China’s foreign trade.
