现代运动训练已进入科学训练阶段,单靠教练员的个人才华和经验训练,要达到世界水平是很困难的.为了提高运动成绩,探索科学训练的规律性,本课题组织运动生理、运动生化、运动解剖、运动医学、营养学、运动生物力学、运动训练学等学科的多名专家,运用多学科的知识、研究方法、测试手段和指标,配合院竞技体校教练员,对优秀青少年运动员训练过程实施最佳控制的问题进行了研究.研究证实,多学科综合研究是提高训练科学化水平和运动成绩的有效途径.研究所得的多项成果,反映了训练过程的某些规律,这对优秀青少年运动员的训练有不同程度的指导意义.
