在普通高中,学生们面对升学的压力,加上父母、老师的期望,亲朋好友的关注,使他们承受着比其他学生大得多的心理压力,在这样的压力下,一些学生出现了程度不同的心理健康问题。 最近,笔者对重点中学的学生进行了一次心理健康状况问卷调查,在402名学生中,有168人存在轻度的心理健康问题(41.8%);有72人存在比较严重的心理健康问题(17.9%)。在心理障碍比较严重的学生中,过分焦虑的有138人(34.3%);经常心情忧郁的有72人,占总人数的17.9%;经常感到自卑、胆怯的有57人(14.2%);对某人某事感到害怕、恐怕的有21人(5.2%)。
