健身健美操,因强度和动作难度可以自行掌控、收放自如,已成为社会中十分流行的一项体育运动,尤其在高校大学生健身俱乐部或社团体育生活中,既成为校园文化生活最具人气的一项体育活动,也成为体育教学中备受喜爱的课程之一。高校体育教学在传授大学生体育生活方式的同时,如何通过健身健美操课程的指导,奠定其终身体育基础尤为必要。本文通过芜湖市七所高等院校健身健美操课程的开展现状以及问题成因,进行了一定层面的探讨。认为:七所院校因教师专业知识、技术深度欠缺,在瑜伽、街舞和轻器械健美操开课方面,既显不足、又显单一;健身健美操课程教学时数仅占所有体育课程的0.1%,权重过低;由于学时不足,即制约着教师教学系统性的努力,也使教师疏于对学生应用能力的重视与提高,从而降低了学生学习的兴趣。

This article through the Wuhu City, seven institutions of higher learning aerobics curricula to carry out the status quo and cause of the problem, conducted a certain level of discussion. It is considered that the seven institutions are deficient in both yoga and hip-hop and light equipment aerobics classes due to lack of teachers’ professional knowledge and technical depth. The aerobics classes only account for 0.1% of all physical education classes, , The weight is too low; due to lack of hours, which restricts the systematic efforts of teachers teaching, teachers also neglected the application of the ability and attention, and thus reduce the interest of students learning.
