CUN常规冲击试验方法对300M钢冲击韧性进行测试,发现回火马氏体脆性的新特点,即在350~550℃之间发生通常的回火马氏体脆性(定义为韧性“深谷区”)之前的200~300℃温度范围内出现了一个较浅的韧性低谷(定义为韧性“浅谷区”)。针对这两个脆性区进行CVN示波冲击试验,了解了300M钢动态断裂过程的能量消耗,并指出“浅谷区”和“深谷区”的形成都与解理断裂抗力有直接联系,“浅谷区”为沿板条界解理断裂,“深谷区”为穿条解理断裂。
