人的任何行动都是由一定动机支配的。可以说动机是人行为的心理根源,学生的学习活动自然也不例外。小学生的学习动机来源于对学习的需要,来源于认识兴趣、学习意向、理想、情感等。一节好的数学课必须以激发学生动机为前提.把激发学生学习动机贯彻教学的全过程。从我们多年的教学实践经验来看,凡是在发展学生智力方面卓有成效的教师,都是在教学中充分地调动了学生的整个精神力量的结果。例如。全国著名的特级教师马芯兰、于淑珍、柳玉芳、斯霞等人,她们的每一节课的设计都把调动学生学习的积极性、主动性放在首位,让学生爱学、乐学、会学。
