九年义务教育初中语文教材试用已经几年了.几年来,虽然大家都认识到当前的教育已由应试教育转向素质教育,但是要想真正找到一种适应新教材的新教法还是比较困难的.笔者曾同不少使用新教材的老师交换过意见,大家普遍感到教法不适应,既不愿墨守成规,又没有一套适合于本地本校的教改新方法.虽然全国中学语文教坛百花齐放,万紫千红,但这满园春色却闪得有些老师眼花缭乱,无所适从.或者杂取百家,东挪西借;或者胶柱鼓瑟,生吞活剥.可想而知,这种改革收效甚微,甚至适得其反.还有一部分老师出于种种原因,跋前踬后,畏首畏尾,最后干脆还是“新教材,老套路”.基于教坛上改不得法,或墨守成规的现象,我们认为首先必须更新观念,统一认识,然后再分析实情,披沙拣金,有的放矢地借他山之石以攻玉,或筚路蓝缕以创新,才能适应新形势,上好新教材.为了探求新教材的新教法,我们设想并采取了以下几点措施.
