目前我国大部分高校在体育课程中设置了选项课,它是建立于公共基础体育课基础上的发展性课程,学生可以根据个人爱好自由选择选项课内容,在老师的带领下展开专项体育知识学习。足球是世界范围内的第一运动,也是高校学生最欢迎的一项运动,很多学生会通宵达旦地收看足球比赛,也会积极参加足球运动,这也使得高校足球选项课成为选择人数最多、学生参与热情最高的一门专项课程。但是高校学生之间身体素质与运动天赋差距较大,很多学生缺少系统性学习足球知识的机会,如何根据学生特点及实际情况展开更有针对性的足球选项课教学是所有体育教师都在思考的问题。本文主要围绕“动态分层教学法”在高校足球选项课中的应用策略进行分析。
