国务院新颁布的《关于投资体制改革的决定》,提出要真正建立市场引导投资、企业自主决策、银行独立审贷、融资方式多样、中介服务规范的、宏观调控有效的新型投资体制。此次投资体制改革在带来相关领域“国退民进”的同时,商业银行再一次被推上前台,成为此次改革成功与否的关键 The “Decision on the Reform of the Investment System” promulgated by the State Council recently proposed that a new investment system with macroeconomic regulation and control that is truly market-oriented, independent decision-making by banks, diversified bank loans, diversified financing modes, standardized intermediary services and effective macroeconomic regulation and control should be established.
