本文着重研究了几种钢材盐浴连续渗硼钒的工艺、渗层组织和渗后性能。运用X-射线衍射仪、电子探针、光学显微镜等所确定的渗层相结构,由表及里为VC、Fe_2B、过渡区、金属基体。初步探讨了渗硼后再渗钒表层VC形成的可能机理,以及渗钒后对渗硼层厚度、显微硬度、致密度等的影响。连续渗硼钒后的工件耐磨性优异,并且有良好的耐蚀性及高温抗氧化性,脆性0~1级。
This article focuses on several steel salt bath continuously infiltrated vanadium process, the infiltration layer organization and permeability performance. Using X-ray diffraction, electron probe, optical microscopy and other determined by the phase structure, from the table and in the VC, Fe_2B, transition zone, the metal matrix. The possible mechanism of the formation of VC on the surface of infiltrated vanadium after infiltrating boron and the effect of vanadizing on the thickness, microhardness and density of boronizing layer were discussed. Continuously infused vanadium after the workpiece wear resistance is excellent, and has good corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, brittleness 0 to 1 level.
