随着我国经济的不断发展,国内逐渐形成了新的工作环境,为更好的适应市场环境,在其发展过程中不断的对内部环境和工作模式进行更新,尤其以女工工作为主要改进内容。女工在工作过程中的思维方式和方法制约着其工作效率和工作质量。女工思维方式的改变能够使其更加重视工作内容,并且改进工作方式,提高积极性。因此,为进一步使工会女工的工作思维与方法适应新形势的发展需求,本文中针对工会女工工作思维与方法创新进行研究,以期更进一步的提高工会女工的工作质量和工作效率。 With the continuous development of economy in our country, a new working environment has gradually been formed in our country.
