本文从异步条件下变形区的力学分析、中立角计算公式的推导,论述了异步单机连轧机的理论基础。并介绍了辊身长900mm、六棍一次连轧三道的异步单机连轧机和卧式七辊一次连轧四道的异步单机连轧机的设计、试轧情况,以及异步单机连轧机的产品规格与精度。这种轧机对于轧制较宽、较薄的带材,以及改善板形方面是有利的。
In this paper, the mechanical analysis of the deformation zone under the asynchronous condition and the derivation of the calculation formula of the neutral angle are introduced. The theoretical basis of the asynchronous single stand continuous rolling mill is discussed.
