纵观对老子经济管理思想研究的现存文献可以看出,目前学界对老子经济管理思想的研究虽已有较大拓展,但大都停留在对老子管理思想内容的简单归类和重新编排上,体系性研究缺乏。现有文献对老子经济管理思想的本质一般都概括为“柔性管理”、“水性管理”、“朴治管理”和“道治管理”等,而基于“母亲管理”概念统摄下的研究几乎无人涉及。基于此,本文将对老子管理思想进行重新整理和分析,以便形成一个较为完整的老子管理思想体系。我们的研究认为,老子管理思想体系基本上由管理之“道”、管理之“德”与管理之“治”三部分组成,其目标就是达成“无为而治”的管理效果。文章最后对老子经济管理思想的实践意义做出了适当阐述。
Looking at the existing literature on the study of Lao Zi’s economic management theory, we can see that although there has been a great expansion in the study of Laozi’s economic management thinking in the academic circles at present, most of the studies remain in the simple classification and rearrangement of Laozi’s management thinking. Finally, the article expounds the practical significance of Lao Zi’s economic management thoughts.
