动物体内外试验证明,冷冻、脱钙之干燥骨,经25%氨苄青霉素溶液浸泡后,在6—11天具有较强的抑菌能力,将其植入感染性骨缺损的病灶内,对于控制局部感染,促进骨折愈合,成功率有可能较不合抗生素的脱钙骨高。
Animal experiments in vitro and in vivo showed that the frozen and decalcified dried bones had a strong antibacterial ability after 6 to 11 days immersed in 25% ampicillin solution and were implanted into the lesions of infected bone defects. Local infection, promote fracture healing, the success rate may be more antibiotic decalcified bone.
