当前,我国正处于从教育大国向教育强国转变的关键时期。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》围绕提高质量这一核心,加快推进高等教育改革和体制机制创新,按照统筹谋划、试点先行、有序推进的要求,首推高等工程教育改革。这就要求进一步强化主动服务国家战略需求和行业企业需求,创新高校与行业企业联合培养人才的机制,改革工程教育人才培养模式,提升学生的工程实践能力、创新能力
