为了便于适时育成抗锈品种,曾进行多次试验来研究尽可能缩短小麦世代时间的方法。最终发展成的程序包括如下步骤:(1)以高温(25°—30℃)加速种子成熟;(2)用双氧水处理种子(1%于25℃浸16—17小时,然后于11℃浸30小时)以加速未成熟种子的萌发;(3)对不复土的发芽种子在8℃及植物萤光灯(Vitalux—A 牌灯)连续光照条件下进行种子——幼苗春化;(4)对分离出的抗锈个体作有效的筛选。应用这些程序,Ⅱ级春性品种和Ⅳ级冬性品种可分别在60天(每年容许6代)和80天(每年4.5代)完成一个世代。回交法和混合——集团育种法都能有效应用。
In order to facilitate the timely breeding of rust-resistant varieties, numerous tests have been conducted to study ways to shorten wheat generations as much as possible.
