第一章:总则第一条:为加强食品安全信用信息管理,提高食品安全监督管理效能,增强食品生产经营者诚信自律意识和信用水平,促进食品安全信用信息公开,加快食品安全信用体系建设,切实保障食品安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等法律法规,制定本办法。第二条:食品安全信用信息的采集、公开、使用等管理活动,应当遵守本办法。法律法规另有规定的,从其规定。
