He is General Guo Hua Ruo. Guo Huoruo served as chief of staff of the Red Army since 1929 to the Red Army on behalf of the Chief of Staff and Chief of General Staff of the Army. From the Secretary of the Central Military Commission to Mao Zedong’s military education consultant, he worked intermittently and continuously for about 12 years in Mao Zedong’s side.
