针对焊接机器人产品开发项目的特点和存在的问题,分析了影响焊接机器人产品开发项目的主要风险因素,各个风险事件的权重由层次分析法确定,通过模糊综合评价法建立了各风险事件的模糊关系矩阵,并进行了风险隶属度评估。量化了焊接机器人产品开发项目的风险,为开发项目管理提供了依据。
According to the characteristics and existing problems of the welding robot product development project, the main risk factors affecting the welding robot product development project are analyzed.
