本组80例流行性出血热各期血生化变化显示,血钠、血钙,二氧化碳结合力下降比例较大,并且以低血压期下降最显著,病情越重下降也越明显。血钾变化较复杂,多数病人在正常范围,仅低血压期和少尿期部分病例为低血钾。这与急性肾功能衰竭少尿时多为高血钾不同。仅个别肾功能损害严重者有高血钾。血尿素氮在低血压期、少尿期100%患者均升高。血肌酐于低血压期升高者占50%,少尿期则100%升高。血尿素氮及肌酐在其余各期升高比例较小。
